Water in Worcester

SERVPRO responded to an emergency water damage in the basement of a commercial building in which the cause of loss was a break in the water main on the street in front of the structure. The water affected the lower walls and flooring in the unfinished basement. The customer was concerned over the paperwork and electronics stored in the basement so we got to work right away!

SERVPRO extracted the Category 2 water, applied a botanical anti-microbial to all affected building materials, and proceeded to dry the structure using LGR dehumidification and axial air movers for evaporation, monitored daily. Once all affected building materials reached a dry standard the drying equipment was removed and the flooring cleaned. The customer was very happy at our timely response.
