Lexington Home Kitchen Hot Water Pipe Burst

We responded to a water loss in a Lexington, MA home. This single family home was built in 1981 and suffered water damage due to a hot water pipe under the kitchen sink bursting. Our crew got on site and saw that most of the first floor was affected by the water damage. We were able to get a crew on site fast and begin the mitigation process. Our crew set up drying equipment all through out the house. Once the drying process was finished, we began cleaning the affected areas. All of the areas that were affected were cleaned and re-stored to the condition they were in before the loss occurred.
