Sewage Backup in Lexington, MA Home
SERVPRO was called to a single family home in Lexington, MA that sustained sewer damage. This home was built in 1954 and had a toilet overflow in the main level bathroom. This backup caused sewage to pour out and migrate through the floors down into the basement. Our plumbers found a blockage in the pipe but were unable to tend to it without removing the flooring. The flooring was known to be asbestos tiles so we had to call in an abatement company to remove the floor. We were unable to complete this job with just our crew, but we knew the right people to call in and give us a hand.
